Since the electoral system in the United States makes it very hard for third parties to gain power, the strength of the Green Party lies mainly with its citizens working at the grassroots level. Green Local Organizations and Clubs are charged with fostering community empowerment and Green Party growth within their borders, and are open to all interested persons regardless of voter registration status. If you wish to volunteer or if you need more information, feel free to contact the group you are interested in.
